The corrugated material is usually between 1 inch to 10 inches in thickness depending on needed strength. Bulkhead Panels are strong enough to protect against end to end impact in railcars. We manufacture different cell sizes depending on the compression needed. They are also available with only one side sheet to allow collapse for space savings.
